Levira’s international Digital Broadcasting Conference attracted 200 participants
Levira’s 5th Digital Broadcasting Conference “Fresh Connections”, held last week in Tallinn, Estonia, attracted around 200 participants and earned highly positive feedback.
Indrek Lepp, Head of Levira’s Media Services Division and the main organiser of the event, said that the experts of digital broadcasting always welcome Levira’s conference with great anticipation. “They are glad to come to Tallinn, as they know that these two days will be full of interesting presentations and efficient meetings. This year’s conference was no exception, addressing new issues that received a lot of interest from the audience.”
Conference speakers included Richard Kastelein, Torkel Thoresen and Guy Bisson to name a few. For the first time, the conference addressed, among other topics, the impact of broadcasting on the environment. The special keynote presentation “Broadcasting and connected digital media – the environmental impact on profits, planet and people” was delivered by Janet Anne West.
The Digital Broadcasting Conference has been organised by Levira every two years since 2005, bringing together experts from different countries all over the world.
