VOLICON NEWS         BURLINGTON, Mass. — May 17, 2011 — Volicon today announced that Estonia-based playout service provider Levira is using the Observer® Enterprise digital video logging and monitoring system for centralized off-air asset monitoring at the company’s Tallinn facilities.

Levira’s nationwide network consists in 23 transmitter towers. Levira’s 6 primary stations are the Tallinn TV tower together with a Monitoring and Command Center, Valgjärve, Orissaare, Kohtla-Järve, Koeru and Pärnu Radio and TV Station.
